The Report on the WFH Annual Global Survey 2010 is now available as a PDF file. The Report includes selected demographic and other data on people with hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, rare factor deficiencies, and inherited platelet disorders throughout the world.
This year’s survey includes data on 257,182 people with bleeding disorders in 106 countries, and also includes several enhancements over last year’s survey. This report now includes graphs comparing per capita and per patient factor usage. In addition, we have included data on prophylaxis for the first time. As in past years, the Global Survey Report provides analysis and results for a limited number of the survey questions asked each year. The full survey questionnaire is contained at the end of the report.
The WFH thanks our member organizations for their help in gathering this important data.
