The WFH’s multidisciplinary committees nominations

The WFH’s multidisciplinary committees are actively seeking nominations for the 2012-2014 term. Each of the committees is an official international working committee recognized by the Medical Advisory Board of the World Federation of Hemophilia.

Acting in an advisory capacity, the main goals of the committees are to:

  • Provide a forum for exchange of ideas, sharing of experience, and networking among the discipline and between other disciplines involved in the care of people with hemophilia and other related bleeding disorders
  • Provide advice and expertise to the WFH Medical Advisory Board (MAB) on disciplinary issues
  • Facilitate education and training for professionals and people with hemophilia and other related bleeding disorders
  • Provide expertise and advice as required for Day One Congress workshops and sessions at WFH world Congresses
  • Contribute articles for WFH publications and advice for specific publications relating to disciplinary issues

Terms begin on July 12, 2012.
