Selection Criteria
International Hemophilia Training Centres (IHTCs) are institutions committed to assisting other countries by providing specialized training in the care of people with hemophilia in accordance with the priorities of the WFH. The IHTC Directory is primarily intended as a resource to help fellows or potential fellows select the centre that best suits their interests and needs. The directory lists all 31 designated IHTCs currently recognized throughout the world and accredited by the WFH and includes a profile of each IHTC, detailing particular characteristics and areas of expertise, such as facilities available; faculty involved in training; and languages spoken at the centre.
The IHTC program is under review. If centres are interested in designation please submit a letter of intent to WFH HQ (attention Adriana Bida) for further review by the IHTC Chair.
