The "Our Lives With Hemophilia: The Stories of Vaibhav and Paul" is the latest video podcast in the Achieving Treatment for All: Hemophilia and Bleeding Disorders Educational Series. This story features Paul Wilton, of London, Canada, and Vaibhav Nehra, of New Delhi, India. Throughout the video podcast, these young men, their families, and care givers provide their perspectives into how they have dealt with hemophilia and what they expect for their future.

“The Many Faces of Bleeding Disorders – United to Achieve Treatment for All”
This video podcast celebrates the whole bleeding disorders community – people with hemophilia and symptomatic carriers, females and males with von Willebrand disease, as well as those with rarer factor deficiencies, and inherited platelet disorders.

“Together, we care”
Together, we care” Video Podcast explains how comprehensive care makes a difference in the lives of people with bleeding disorders. The video podcast highlights how comprehensive care teams improve patients’ overall health from both patient and healthcare professional perspectives.

Twinning Program

Chisinau – Warsaw
The latest video in the Twinning series follows patients and participants in the Treatment Centre Twinning partnership between Chisinau, Moldova, and Warsaw, Poland.

Jordan – Toronto
The new WFH Twinning Video shows the impact of the twinning partnership between Toronto and Central Ontario Region chapter of the Canadian Hemophilia Society and the Jordanian Hemophilia Society. It follows people such as Abdulaziz Kahleed Al-Shirif, a young man with hemophilia, and captures how hemophilia treatment and care in Jordan has improved because of the Twinning Program.

Lima – Fort Worth
The 10-minute documentary is the first of a video series on the WFH Twinning Program. It was filmed in Peru in April 2008 as the twinning of the Hospital Nacional Dos De Mayo in Lima and the Fort Worth Comprehensive Hemophilia Center in Fort Worth, Texas, was coming to its conclusion.

WFH launches its first television announcement (April 2007)
The WFH has created its first television Public Service Announcement (PSA) to help raise awareness about hemophilia.

Treatment for All – President’s Address (May 2006)
President Mark Skinner outlines the WFH’s strategic vision of Treatment for All “ that one day, treatment will be available for all those with inherited bleeding disorders around the world.
