World Hemophilia Day – April 17, 2010
The Many Faces of Bleeding Disorders: United to Achieve Treatment for All
On World Hemophilia Day 2010, meet “The Many Faces of Bleeding Disorders: United to Achieve Treatment for All”. This year's theme celebrates the whole bleeding disorders community – people with hemophilia and symptomatic carriers, women and men with von Willebrand disease, as well as those with rarer factor deficiencies, and inherited platelet disorders. By working together we can achieve Treatment for All.
We invite all patient societies, chapters, hemophilia treatment centres and our partners to get involved in World Hemophilia Day this year. And we have many tools to help you, including template press releases, posters, fact sheets, and ideas for activities.
These materials are now available. Click here.
For more information, please contact WFH communications manager, Sarah Ford at: sford@wfh.org.
On April 17 this year, the WFH will launch “The Many Faces of Bleeding Disorders” video podcast. Click here to view the trailer of the video podcast.
