Poster guidelines

The WFH is again collaborating with PosterSessionOnline to provide an ePoster on-line-gallery and poster printing service for all poster presenters.

To increase the visibility of your work after the WFH 2018 World Congress, we strongly encourage all presenters to prepare and submit an e-poster free of charge. The gallery will allow participants to ask questions to presenters for optimal peer learning exchanges. In addition to this service, PosterSessionOnline will offer poster printing, delivery and set-up for just €59 + VAT.

To benefit from this service, submit your poster by May 7 to the PosterSessionOnline website.

*Please note that some journals may consider publication of an ePoster in an online gallery to be a previous publication. If you wish your poster to be excluded from the ePoster gallery, please untick the box during the submission process.

If you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the WFH 2018 PosterSessionsOnline at customer@postersessiononline.eu

  • Poster Index

The poster index includes all posters being presented at the WFH 2018 World Congress and their respective assigned poster numbers (DAY-TYPE-NUMBER format). For example, P-M-123, "P" indicates Poster; "M" indicates Monday; and "123" is the identifaction number.

Click here to download the complete poster index. This list is sorted by submission ID number.

You are only required to be present for your designated Q&A periods.

      • Self-printed posters: Authors who do not use the printed service should hang their poster by their own means in the Exhibit Hall. The following set-up times apply only for those NOT using the printed poster service.
