    Requirements for registering as a student:
    This category applies to any person currently involved full-time in a training program for medical education or other disciplines or in a PhD program. A copy of a student ID, valid at the time of the Congress, will be required, or you can provide an official document signed by the department head of your university. Please submit your proof to the WFH 2018 World Congress Secretariat by email to registration2018@wfh.org or by fax to +1 514 875-8916. An original ID must be shown on site.

    The registration fee includes:

  • Accompanying person

    The Accompanying Person’s registration fee is available only to partners or family members of a paid attendee registered to attend the congress. Only one accompanying person is allowed per registered attendee. Please note that Accompanying Persons’ registration does not allow access to any of the sessions or to the exhibition hall.

    The registration fee includes:

    • Accompanying person’s tour including lunch
