The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KL Convention Centre) provides 33,659 square metres of flexible space over five levels. Available support facilities include a business centre, an on-site concierge, a parenting room and a medical room. The KL Convention Centre is also fully accessible.

The exhibition area is located in Exhibition Halls 1 to 5 and is a stimulating spot where you can meet directly with delegates. The exhibition environment will include the registration, poster area, the WFH Resource Centre, and rest areas. All coffee breaks and lunches will be in the exhibition area. The posters will be changed halfway through Congress to encourage delegates to return to the exhibition area to see what new information is on display.

Regular booths measure 9 m². Booth size is limited to a maximum of 144 m². All booths must be unbranded, to comply with local regulatory restrictions. Furthermore, booths cannot be used for formal presentations with seating and sound amplification—instead, the WFH encourages sponsors to use the showcase theaters for this activity. Live music is not permitted in the exhibition area.

As the PhAMA Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices does not permit exhibit booths to be product branded, it is possible to purchase a space that will be positioned along the perimeter of the hall for hospitality and/or product promotion. If the space is used for product promotion, it must be fully enclosed in order to respect the local regulations. Suites are limited to a maximum of 144 m² and cannot exceed the size of booth space reserved.

The WFH is committed to providing equal access and an inclusive experience, in all aspects of business, to participants who have limited mobility and other medical considerations related to a bleeding disorder or other medical condition. Access for all Congress delegates is a priority for the WFH. Regulations have been established for accessibility at individual exhibits to ensure the area is designed to accommodate people with mobility restrictions.

The WFH will communicate only with third-party companies officially mandated and clearly identified by participating exhibitors and sponsors. Queries received from third-party companies (i.e. communication and press agencies) that do not identify the company they represent will not be answered. A formal certification should be sent from the sponsor to the WFH authorizing the third party to engage in work on its behalf.
