The WFH is currently seeking an energetic, organized, detail & numbers-oriented ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to support the Humanitarian Aid (HA) team for all administrative tasks related to the department’s worldwide product donation activities, including: effective minute taking; efficient collecting, organizing, reconciliation & entering of data & information; scheduling conference calls; creating travel agendas (post pandemic travel restrictions); preparing payment requisitions; supporting current virtual trainings.
