WFH WBDR Research Support Program - Application process and deadlines

Research proposal submissions will be accepted from June 1 till September 1, 2019. All submissions are peer-reviewed by the WBDR Research Support Committee and successful applicants will be notified by the end of November 2019. Completed research proposals must be sent by email to wbdr@wfh.org.

Please read the criteria and conditions before submitting a research proposal. Data analysis does not need to be high-level statistical analysis, it could be simple summary statistics of the HTC data.

Examples of potential research question:

  • What is the change in bleeding events before and after starting low-dose prophylaxis?
  • What is the prevalence of intra-cranial bleeding among hemophilia patients at my HTC? Is it consistent with what is reported in the literature?
  • What is the average age of first bleeding event among the hemophilia patients at my HTC?
