DESCRIPTION OF TRAINING PROGRAM

Clinical activities: For hematologists: Inspection and management of patients with hemophilia A and B (stop bleeding , Primary and secondary prophylaxis, transfusion training during surgeries); Inspection and management of patients with von Willebrand disease (stop bleeding, transfusion training during surgeries, pregnancy and delivery); Inspection and management of patients with hemophilia A and B with inhibitors; Immune tolerance induction therapy, therapy with bypass mechanism, prophylaxis; Inspection and maintenance of patients with rare bleeding disorders; Inspection and maintenance of primary patients; Registration of medical history for patients with bleeding diathesis; Drawing conclusions of the surveyed patients with recommendations for treatment.

Laboratory activities/research: All types of laboratory examination of plasma and platelet hemostasis; Work on the aggregometer, coagulometer; All coagulation factors tests; Level of inhibitor; Pharmacodynamic parameters : the restoration of the factors half-life; platelet aggregation; Tests for the diagnosis of von Willedrand disease (ristocetin co-factor activity, von Willebrand factor antigen)
